Pengembangan Potensi Konselor dalam Pendidikan Inklusi: Kajian Literatur Tentang Kebutuhan dan Tantangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kebutuhan, tantangan, dan strategi pengembangan potensi konselor dalam pendidikan inklusi guna mendukung keberhasilan siswa secara menyeluruh. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka, memanfaatkan jurnal-jurnal ilmiah sebagai sumber data utama. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa konselor memiliki peran strategis dalam pendidikan inklusi, tetapi sering menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pelatihan yang memadai, dan dukungan kebijakan yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi konselor dan kolaborasi multidisipliner dengan guru dan orang tua. Penggunaan teknologi juga diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu strategi yang efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran inklusif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan pendidikan inklusi yang mendukung peran konselor serta penyediaan fasilitas dan perangkat teknologi adaptif untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan mendukung keberagaman siswa.
