Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah mengubah paradigma layanan bimbingan dan konseling, khususnya dalam bidang konseling karir. Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk menelaah kesiapan konselor sekolah dalam menghadapi transformasi digital layanan konseling karir, dengan meninjau teori, model, serta hasil penelitian terkini yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review (SLR) terhadap berbagai publikasi ilmiah dalam rentang 2015–2025 yang diperoleh dari basis data Scopus dan Google Scholar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konselor sekolah di era digital dituntut memiliki kompetensi digital, kemampuan adaptasi teknologi, dan kepekaan etis dalam memanfaatkan media digital untuk mendukung pengembangan karir peserta didik. Temuan juga mengungkap bahwa integrasi teknologi berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) berpotensi memperluas akses layanan, namun memerlukan kesiapan profesional dalam hal literasi digital dan penguatan nilai-nilai humanistik. Kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan model konseling karir berbasis teknologi humanistik serta pemetaan kompetensi digital konselor sebagai langkah strategis menuju praktik konseling karir yang relevan dengan tuntutan abad ke-21.
