Pengembangan Smart LMS Asisten Tutor Balibola'e Untuk Meningkatkan Akses Pembelajaran  Mahasiswa Disabilitas Netra

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif bagi mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas, khususnya disabilitas netra, masih menghadapi berbagai kendala akses bahan ajar dan metode pembelajaran yang belum ramah disabilitas. Kesenjangan ini menghambat kemandirian belajar dan pencapaian akademik yang setara. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Smart LMS Asisten Tutor Balibola’e untuk meningkatkan akses pembelajaran mahasiswa disabilitas netra Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo. Metode pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi pada mata kuliah Konseling Gizi dengan melibatkan mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas netra dan non-disabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Smart LMS berhasil menyediakan fitur aksesibilitas seperti text-to-speech, pengaturan tampilan, dan asisten tutor berbasis AI yang mendukung interaksi pembelajaran inklusif. Evaluasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif mengindikasikan peningkatan akses mandiri, motivasi belajar, serta kesetaraan hasil akademik antara mahasiswa disabilitas dan non-disabilitas. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan teknologi pembelajaran adaptif untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang inklusif dan memperkuat kemandirian belajar mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas. Disarankan agar institusi pendidikan tinggi mengadopsi inovasi serupa untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pendidikan inklusif yang berkualitas.
